Net Wars

	History & legends of the Net Wars, in the early days.
	This probably comes up to almost but not quite the time of
	The Grand Hack.

	Such things as the birth of Succubus would be in here.

	Probably would work best as a series of connected short stories
	and short-shorts, mostly from the p.o.v. of programs.  Also
	the best-adapted for release as a hypertext.

	cf. Cordwainer Smith and _{Always Coming Home} by LeGuin.

The Grand Hack
	
	The founding of HackTown.  Great deeds of High Hackery.
	High fun and high adventure.

	Might get merged in with Net Wars.


A Demon in the Net

	A mystery story (in which at least one victim is a Program)
	set in a space colony.



THEMES FOR LATER:

A "pure" human-machine love story, probably involving a triangle.

The "final" transition from the dominance of material beings
to the dominance of informational beings.  (or at least the establishment
of a workable set of arrangements.  How do you build a hunter-gatherer
society in space?)
